  1. Delivery Areas
    We deliver nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  2. Delivery Times
    Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your location.
    Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or due to factors beyond our control.

  3. Shipping Fees

  • Delivery to remote or outlying areas may incur additional delays

  1. Order Processing
    Orders are only processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the following business day.

  2. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.

  3. Delivery Address Accuracy
    Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing an order. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  4. Delivery Attempts
    Couriers will attempt delivery at your provided address. If you are unavailable, they may attempt a second delivery or contact you to arrange alternative delivery instructions. Failure to receive the order after multiple attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

  5. Damaged or Missing Items
    Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If items are missing or damaged, contact us at info@qmsmedicosmetics.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.

  6. Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, we may charge an additional fee to resend the order.
