Refund policy

ACCEPTANCE
Customers are required to inspect all goods upon receipt. Unless we are notified of a return within 7 days of delivery, the goods will be deemed accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

By default, we consider all products to be:

  • As described on the website

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for their intended purpose

No returns will be accepted after this 7-day period unless covered under warranty or consumer protection law.

RETURN PROCEDURE
If goods are to be returned in line with the Acceptance clause, the following procedure must be followed:

  2. Timeline:
    Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Proof of Return:
    Customers are strongly advised to obtain a certificate or proof of posting. We are not liable for goods lost in transit.

  4. Defective or Incorrect Goods:
    If the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. The item must be returned to us before the refund or replacement can be processed.

  5. Dissatisfaction or Incorrect Customer Orders:
    If the return is due to customer error or dissatisfaction, we will issue a partial refund (the full product amount minus a standard return shipping fee of R200.00). Products must be returned in unused, resaleable condition.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. If an order has already been shipped, the standard return procedure must be followed.

If your order has already left our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot refund any shipping costs already incurred.

To the extent permitted by law, Futurethis Consultancy (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Modify these Terms and Conditions

  • Update or change the services and content on this site

  • Adjust the software or hardware requirements for accessing the site
